In 2018, we purchased about 50 acres of land in Jiaxing Haining to build the second plant, with a total investment of about 80 million yuan. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020. After the project is completed, it will add 2 million units of production capacity. Phase I project has been completed and used.

Company Overview

AFL was created by a group of like-minded industry veteran, mainly manufacturing DC&AC external rotor centrifugal fan and axial fans, DC internal rotor motor and fans. Products passed 3C、CE、ETL、ROHS certifications. AFL was found in 2014 with registered capital 27.79 million yuan. AFL covers an area of 20,000 square meters for production. We have 190 employees and the annual production capacity is about 1 million unit. AFL's export proportion is about 30%, mainly exported to the European market.

Refrigeration

As a traditional industry, refrigeration is not only for high-end medical markets, such as the storage of medicines, blood and vaccines, but also for mid- and low-end sectors, such as meat, fruit and vegetable storage. We have developed motor fans for the refrigeration industry, gaining extensive application experience over more than a decade, with our external rotor motor powered axial fans being highly regarded in the market.

Rail Traffic

Railways are a safe land transport system when compared to other forms of transport. Railway transport is capable of high levels of passenger and cargo utilization and energy efficiency, but is often less flexible and more capital-intensive than road transport, when lower traffic levels are considered.

FFU

FFU is shorted for Fan Filter Unit, it is an air cleaning equipment to supply purified air to different areas, especially the clean room clean units consist of pre filter, HEPA filter or ULPA filter and internally controllable fan air distribution. For a large clean room, the number of FFU can be installed hundreds to thousands sets.

Biosafety Cabinet

Biosafety Cabinet, also known as biological safety cabinets, are enclosed, ventilated laboratory workspace areas designed to protect the user and surrounding environment from pathogens. All exhaust air is HEPA filtered to remove hazardous agents such as viruses and bacteria.
