Axial fan inspection and maintenance

　　1. There is no common fault operation, and it can only operate when the centrifugal fan equipment is completely normal.

　　2. Check on time whether the centrifugal fan blades are loose and whether the gap between the blades and the blower is normal.

　　3. Check the tightening condition of the anchor bolts of the motor and the shell connection on time, and check whether the shock-absorbing seat and the basic connection are intact.

　　4. Eliminate ash and stains on the leaf area on time.

　　5. Remove and replace the lubricating grease for the rolling bearings of the motor on time. Generally, add oil once every three months. The lubricating grease can also be replaced according to specific conditions.
